DP PrintXer© transparent film of Design Plus Hydrographics makes it possible for anyone who uses a standard inkjet printer or a plotter loaded with pigment-based inks to print every picture and then transfer it using the hydrographics technology onto almost any surface.

Printers must be loaded with pigment inks. Printers with Solvent, Eco-Solvent inks, thermal films & laser with cartridge will not work with our hydrographic films.

1.) Standard size: A4 , A3 , A2 , A1

or printer size: 432/610/914/1118mm*250m roll

2.) Quality 150g base paper with advanced 35um clarity PVA base materials, total weight around 220gsm

3.) Specialized coating layer for good ink acceptance ensuring instant drying

4.) With FiXativer© sprayer, fasten image on the film and easily activate in the water

5.) Suitable for most inkjet printers, like EPSON, CANON and etc

How to use DP PrintXer© hydrographics blank film

1.) Design the patterns in your computer

2.) Print out the film using inkjet printer

3.) Use DesigXer for spraying film to fasten printed patterns. Wait 10-15 minutes to dry

4.) Put printed film on the water and use standard activator .We recommend DesignPlus type of activator

5.) Activating the film , dip object into the floated film smoothly

Storage Information:

The film should be covered by plastic when stored… A heavy / dark trash bag will work great for it.

OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE: 21.5°C

HUMIDITY: 45-65%

Do not open until ready to use to prevent contact with the air. Hydrographics Printable Film is a Hygroscopic Substance. It has the ability of attracting and holding water molecules from the surrounding environment… Do not store near water or in the room where your dip tank is located…
